 SENATOR TAYLOR brought  CSHB 415(JUD)  (1994 REVISOR'S BILL) before           
 the committee as the final order of business.                                 
                                                                               
 DAVE DIERDORFF, Revisor of Statutes, Legislative Affairs Agency,              
 said the bulk of HB 415 relates to a piece of legislation that                
 passed last year transferring energy programs and related programs            
 out of the Alaska Energy Authority into the Department of Community           
 & Regional Affairs.  There were some oversights in terms of getting           
 "commission," "department" and "authority" straightened out.  He              
 added that the rest of the legislation is pretty routine.                     
                                                                               
 SENATOR TAYLOR stated that because the committee still lacked a               
 quorum, HB 415 would be held in committee for further action.
